Yes at last, I’m going on vacation soon, and I need some pointers, the thing is, this year I won’t be travelling to another country. The first thing I’m going to do is sleep (my long awaited rest from work), that should leave me with a whole lot of time on my hands. So by your standards what would you do for fun, especially with a few weeks of nothing but free time?

go camping and fishing
I rented a cottage in Southern California for my daughter, her friend, my sister and me. We went surfing, reading, sleeping late and shopping. We also took a boat trip to Catalina and went to a couple of day spas. The kids loved getting a map of the movie star’s homes and driving in Beverly Hills, where we came close to having a wreck with a distracted Paris Hilton.
The beaches (Dana Point) were beautiful, the food was great and I came back relaxed.
It is warm all year round.
hmmnh, for me it’s no fun to go on vacation without company: either friends i care for, my gf, or family. then any getaway is sure to be fun. i’ve tried going on vacations alone, and it was never fun.
so you need pointers? take someone you care for with you.. and bring a camera to capture those happy moments. pictures are like “happy-markers” in between life, best enjoyed with people you love.

there are many places that are not too far from where you live.
Take day trips. Read a book, Visit friends.Do what ever you
want, or just chill out.

Every summer all of us girls do a camping trip, all girls no guys or kids or animals , we just came back and we had a heck of a time ,we go at the end of summer and its very relaxing, Every year we try to add more girls to the group and its always different and we all come back refreshed and with lots to laugh about. We are already planning next year!
if you are old enough, go to vegas, there are alot of different things to do, i myself went to vegas on my vacation, im from iowa, my husband and i had a blast, whever you go, have fun.
this might sound cleshy but I think 4 spell fun to me on vacation” i’m going to disneyland”
