Just go to another city near you and go out for dinner, unless your planning to go far i would say bahamas or hawaii.

I’m not sure where you live or if money is an object. There are lots of hotels that have “girlfriend weekends.” They seem to be fun. How about some time at the beach?? Boston is a fun city! Brattleboro, VT is a serene and happy place!

If her mom is a “cool” mom then I would say either VEGAS or Miami very cool spots for 21st birthdays. Have a blast wherever you end up!

Vegas is so the best 21st birthday destination. I went when I turned 21 and it was a blast. It has something for everyone so everyone can have fun.
white water rafting, never had a bad time…yet.
Well, not knowing when her birthday would be maybe Mardi Gras. Or Mexico, because atleast you can make it there by car, and if your gonna drink you wont have to worry about getting sea sick.
